This was reflected in a survey carried out in the main commercial areas by the Argentine Chamber of Commerce and Services (CAC)The results showed that during the fourth quarter of 2024, a total of 209 premises were detected for sale, rent or closed.


Analyzing exclusively the premises for rent and sale (i.e. those offered) it was observed that There was a 13.5% increase in rental prices compared to the previous period (May-June), and compared to July-August 2023, it fell by 14.3%. Sales, meanwhile, showed a 6.3% drop compared to the previous two months and a year-on-year drop of 28.6%.
The CAC measurement —which has been carried out since 2014— includes the main commercial arteries of Buenos Aires. On this occasion, the CAC measurements were verified Bi-monthly increases on Santa Fe (+16, or +47.1%), Córdoba (+8 or +57.1%), Cabildo (+6 or +75%), Pueyrredón (+5 or +125%), Rivadavia (+4 or +11.8%) and Avellaneda (+3 or +60%) avenues.
