Actress Yvonne Woelke (42) was given a stop sign by the bank. , her financial institution will not grant her a new loan for the renovation of her apartment in Berlin: “That would require another 40,000 euros. But the bank does not want to give me a new loan. I am totally desperate.”
In May, she announced that she had bought a small 65 square meter apartment in Berlin for herself and Peter Klein (57). “Peter and I want to do some renovations ourselves,” Woelke now says. Since Peter Klein, who currently still lives in Mallorca, is not always on site, this is “hardly possible”. Now she is looking for “nice craftsmen” who might be able to help her.

Woelke and Klein met on the sidelines of the RTL jungle camp in 2023. To this day, the two deny that they started an affair back then and to this day they also deny that they are in a relationship. The fact is, however, that the two spend a lot of time together. Neither Klein nor Woelke make a secret of this. Due to the rumors about the alleged liaison, Peter Klein’s marriage to Iris Klein (57), the mother of Daniela Katzenberger (37), broke up. In April 2023, however, Klein admitted to having developed feelings for Woelke. Woelke, who is still married today, continues to deny returning the love.
Nevertheless, the two are currently planning their shared home. Woelke explained the purchase of the apartment: “Whenever he (Peter Klein, editor’s note) is in Germany, he can stay here. We are now starting a shared flat. I also stay with him in Mallorca all the time. I have to return the favour.”
