Florence Pugh has been making films for ten years and has recently appeared in box office hits such as “Dune” and “Oppenheimer.” She says she has now taken a summer break for the first time in her career.
Hollywood actress Florence Pugh says she has taken a long break from work for the first time this year. “Last year I suddenly woke up and thought: ‘I hate how much of my life I’ve missed out on,'” the 28-year-old told the British edition of “Vogue”. “Yes, I want to have a career, but that’s not going to happen if I work myself to death.”
She was actually “absolutely crazy about work,” but she realized that she was exhausted, the Brit explained. It was “the first time in my career that I actually asked for a summer break.”
According to “Vogue”, Pugh made her acting debut in the 2014 mystery film “The Falling” and has recently appeared in box office hits such as “Dune: Part Two” and “Oppenheimer”. She also appeared in the Marvel film “Thunderbolts” and the romantic film “We Live In Time”, which are not due to be released in Germany until next year.
