How to download Instagram story history
To download the history of your Instagram Stories and make sure you don’t miss those special moments, just follow these simple steps:

Enter your Instagram profile: Open the Instagram app and tap on your profile photo, located in the lower right corner of the screen.
Select the options menu: Click on the three horizontal lines that appear in the upper right corner of your profile to display the menu.
Access the “File”: Within the menu, select the “File” option. Here you will find all your stories saved chronologically.
Find the story you want to download: Browse the file to locate the story you want to save. You can filter by specific dates or important moments.
Select the “Save” option: Once you find the story, tap “More” (in the bottom right corner) and then select “Save Video” or “Save Image,” depending on the type of content.
