Already 120 alleged victims want to take legal action against P. Diddy. Their lawyer is now warning the music mogul’s prominent friends who knew what was happening there.
There are more and more people who want to file a lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs: It’s about rape, sexual assault and sexual exploitation. In total, there are already 120 victims, including 25 minors, who will take civil action against Combs, said lawyer Tony Buzbee. Buzbee also issued a warning to the gossip portal “TMZ”, but it is not aimed at P. Diddy.
“If you’ve been to one of these parties, […] Then in my opinion you have a problem,” Buzbee said in the direction of the rapper’s celebrity friends. Especially if “you were there beforehand or knew what was going to happen,” the lawyer continued. “That means you knew that a certain drug was used in drinks that resulted in people being taken advantage of.”
He also explained that “a lot of people” knew about the goings-on at P. Diddy’s parties. And he suggests that some prominent names could also be mentioned in the lawsuits. “Who will be named, when they will be named, all of that will come out in due course,” Buzbee said.

He has already sent several letters to famous stars and offered them an out-of-court settlement with the alleged victims. “We’ve done it with a handful of people you know and we’ll continue to do it,” he told TMZ. The lawyer makes it clear that this is the only way that well-known people can prevent their names from appearing in public lawsuits.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was known for his multi-day parties, so-called freak offs. The guest list always included names of high-profile people from the music industry and Hollywood, including Leonardo DiCaprio, Ashton Kutcher and Beyoncé Knowles. It’s quite possible that quite a few of them are already shaking.
