Shows planned in Miami
Together we can succeed in “supporting families in overcoming the challenges ahead.” Addressing the singer, the organization states: “Thank you, Taylor, for supporting us and helping communities in need.” Hurricane “Milton” made landfall on the west coast of Florida on Wednesday evening (local time) and has already destroyed numerous houses. According to media reports, there are also the first confirmed deaths.
Taylor Swift has three shows on her “Eras” tour scheduled for next week at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. As “Page Six” reports, there is no information yet about possible postponements of the concerts on October 18th, 19th and 20th.
The singer, who was recently identified as the richest musician with an estimated net worth of 1.6 billion US dollars (around 1.46 billion euros), is known for her willingness to donate. In December 2023, she opened her bags to victims of the Tennessee tornadoes. The superstar donated $1 million to the Tennessee Emergency Response Fund. In February 2024, she donated $100,000 to the family of the late Chiefs fan who was fatally injured by shots fired into the crowd at the parade celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl triumph.
