Born in 1931 in Saenz Peña, he was elected as a deputy on several occasions and also served as a union and political leader.

Who was Lorenzo Pepe
Pepe was born in 1931 in Saenz Peña. He started working in Railways at the age of 17, the age at which he also began his extensive career. as a union and political leader.
He was a national deputy for the province of Buenos Aires for five consecutive terms.between 1983 to 2003. In the Lower House he was a member of the Permanent Commissions on Family, Women and Minorities, Labor Legislation, Transportation, Defense and the Bicameral Commission of the Library of Congress of the Nation.
In 1996 Pepe was parliamentary delegate to the International Labor Organization (ILO)in Geneva, Switzerland. He also served as general secretary of the “Juan Domingo Perón” Institute.
