Demi Lovato’s (32) sister Madison De La Garza (22) lost their baby in September. On Saturday (October 26), the 22-year-old actress shared. There she explained that her and her boyfriend Ryan Mitchell’s child died after an emergency cesarean section on September 27th.
“On the evening of September 27th, Ryan and I held our baby girl for the first and last time after an emergency C-section,” said the “Desperate Housewives” star. Madison De La Garza played Eva Longoria’s (49) daughter Juanita Solis in the series.
In her post, the 22-year-old continued: “Thank you, Xiomara, for making us parents to the most perfect angel in heaven. Mommy and Daddy love you, sweet girl.”
Demi Lovato mourns death of niece
Demi Lovato spoke up in the comments section of De La Garza’s post, writing, “I love you so much, Xiomara. An angel in every sense of the word. I will be your aunt forever.” The singer also wrote on her Instagram Stories: “RIP to my beautiful, perfect niece Xiomara. I’m so grateful I got to hold you.” She then tagged her sister and added, “I love you so much.”
The couple’s sister, actress Dallas Lovato, 36, also shared emotional words about Madison De La Garza’s post: “Little girl Xiomara, I miss you every day. I will take good care of your mother so you can fly away. Guard over us and guide us and give us little signs. One day we will come and see you, it just might take a while,” she wrote, adding, “Not a single day will pass without you in our hearts I wish we had spent more time together before you had to leave us. So have fun in your new world that we can’t see.”
