A question of respect? What Travis Kelce pays attention to when posing with women
Travis Kelce is currently one of the most photographed celebrities in the USA. Now it has emerged that he apparently has a rule when posing for photos with women.
Keanu Reeves has been doing it for a long time, but apparently Travis Kelce follows the same rule when it comes to posing with women: he doesn’t touch them. US reality star Lala Kent has now revealed this in her podcast.
Travis Kelce is careful when posing with women
Kelce and Kent were both part of the show “Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?”, so they spent some time together on set. After Taylor Swift visited her boyfriend there, he set aside time for photos. “We were taking a group photo, and Travis (…) had two women on either side of him. And when he put his arms around us, he didn’t touch us,” Kent remembers. “Which I thought was very, very sweet.”
She also says that Kelce showed his good sense of humor during filming. “You can just tell when people are really funny and witty, and I think you can see that in his relationship with Taylor Swift. They just look like they’re having fun,” she says on the podcast.

Kelce isn’t the only celebrity who’s careful about how he poses for photos with women. A few years ago, footage that showed how Keanu Reeves behaves towards female fans caused a stir online. The actor always makes sure not to touch her. While some considered Reeves’ caution to be excessive, others praised the actor for simply being respectful.
Football superstar Lionel Messi deals with it in a similar way. Apparently the Argentine avoids contact with other women out of respect for his own wife. Messi and his wife Antonella Roccuzzo met when they were teenagers and have been married since 2017.
