Ben Foster has filed for divorce from Laura Prepon. The couple had been married since 2018 and have two children together.
The marriage of Laura Prepon (44) and Ben Foster (44) is sealed. According to court documents, the actor has filed for divorce. The reason given is “irreconcilable differences”. According to Foster, the couple could no longer “live together successfully as husband and wife.”
The 44-year-old gave his separation date as September 9, 2023. Foster is seeking enforcement of their 2018 prenuptial agreement and an “equitable division” of joint assets and debts, according to the report. He also asked the court to include their “marriage dissolution agreement and agreed upon parenting plan” in the final divorce decree. The two of them should each pay their own legal fees.
From friendship to marriage
