Jeff Goldblum: With a plush collar at the “Wicked” premiere

Jeff Goldblum (72) apparently has no desire for run-of-the-mill red carpet looks. The actor arrived at the premiere of “Wicked” in London on November 18th in an interesting combination of gray suit trousers, a gray shirt, a checked tie and a gray jacket. He wore a long black coat over it – and as a highlight a sweeping blue fur collar. The whole ensemble comes from the British brand Burberry.

Together with his wife Emilie Livingston (41), the 72-year-old Goldblum posed casually and beamingly for the photographers. Livingston wore a yellow dress with numerous ruffles and – to match her husband – also a small white fur trim on the shoulders.

In addition to Goldblum, the actual stars of the film also appeared on the red – or rather green – carpet. Glinda actress Ariana Grande (31) stayed true to her playful premiere looks and posed in a sweeping tulle gown in delicate yellow. Her co-star Cynthia Erivo (37), who plays the green witch Elphaba, shone in a striking black tulle dress with shimmering copper details, which she combined with high gloves and a black headpiece.

The long-awaited film adaptation of the successful Broadway musical, the prequel to “The Wizard of Oz”, will be released in German cinemas on December 12th.
