Vincent Cassel has replaced his short hairstyle with a bald head. The Frenchman walked the red carpet with Diane Kruger and no hair.
Vincent Cassel (57) caused a stir on the red carpet with a new look. The French actor presented himself on Tuesday in Paris with a bald head instead of his gray short hairstyle alongside Diane Kruger (48). He showcased his bald head in a casual outfit. The fashion icon showed a sense of style with the combination of blue jeans, a thick turtleneck sweater and a light leather coat.
Kruger chose a black mini dress with a flared collar and a large button placket for her appearance at the premiere of the film “Saint-Ex”. The actress posed for the cameras with Cassel alongside their co-star Louis Garrel (41).
Cassel feels free through changing her type
The possible end of filming for the biopic could be the trigger for Cassel’s change in personality. The acting star revealed to the British edition of 2021: “When I finish filming a film, I usually shave my head, go on vacation and don’t film until it grows back.” Shaving his hair gives him a feeling of freedom and releases him “mentally and physically” from his film role.
In “Saint-Ex” Cassel embodies the airmail pilot Henri Guillaumet (1902-1940), who works in Argentina and suddenly disappears in the Andes. Then his pilot and writer friend Antoine de Saint-Exupéry (1900-1944) goes looking for him. The film follows the pilot Saint-Exupéry, played by Garrel, on his challenging journey in the 1930s. Kruger plays Noëlle Guillaumet, Henri Guillaumet’s wife, in the biopic.
The drama is scheduled to open in German cinemas in May 2025.
