One works as a doctor with an AI avatar, the other is a carpenter and Instagram ambassador, and another runs a consulting company with more than 300 employees from 35 nations: The nine finalists for the title “Miss Germany 2025” have been chosen. The final will take place on February 22nd at Europa-Park in Rust near Freiburg.
Looking for future DAX board members and founders
The credo of this season is that they are “not looking for the next beauty influencers, but rather for future DAX board members and successful founders,” said the Miss Germany Studios. At the finale in the Europa-Park Dome, a jury will select a winner in two rounds in the three categories “Female Founder”, “Female Mover” (male-dominated professional fields) and “Female Leader” based on the criteria of professionalism, development potential and ability to inspire. Patent attorney and electrical engineer Lu Zhang from Hanover shows women how to find their way into male-dominated industries.
Premiere at the Miss Germany final
From the top three selected, the audience can finally choose “Miss Germany” for the first time. The 2024/25 season started in the summer with a selection of 90 candidates. According to information, more than 1,000 women applied.
The application round for 2025/26 is already underway, the contribution costs 99 euros. Then, after more than 20 years, the final will no longer be held in Europa-Park, as the Miss Germany Studios recently announced. With a view to the 100th anniversary of the former beauty pageant in 2027, they want to move to another city.
