Non-Contributory Disability Pension Requirements
- Be totally and permanently disabled (when the disability produces a decrease of 66% or more in work capacity),
- Not collect retirement, pension, withdrawal or contributory or non-contributory benefit,
- Not be employed under a dependency relationship, monotributist or be self-employed,
- Not having income to survive. In the case of minors, the income of the parents or guardians will be evaluated.
- Be a native or naturalized Argentine and reside in the country. Foreigners must prove 10 years of residence.
- Not be detained in prisons or be at the disposal of justice.
Non-Contributory Pension Requirements for Mothers of Seven Children
- Have or have had 7 or more children,
- Not having formal employment or receiving any remunerative or non-remunerative salary,
- Not having assets, income or resources that allow subsistence.
Non-Contributory Old Age Pension Requirements
- Be Argentine or naturalized resident in the country,
- Not collecting a retirement, pension or withdrawal of a contributory or non-contributory nature,
- Not having assets, income or resources that allow subsistence,
- Not being at the disposal of Justice.
