Roberto Petersen and his son Matthew They are the visionaries behind this project. The young man’s inspiration arose when he noticed that pizzas that were not consumed and frozen, when reheated, retained the same flavor and texture as the freshly baked ones. So, He decided to turn this observation into a business opportunity.
Every story has a beginning and this venture began with numerous tests in the clay oven of the plant where Roberto, the renowned chef, had his catering company. After six months of development, they finally achieved the perfect dough. Definitely, when you try it you can see that they have been meticulous in every detail, from the edge with the distinctive air of Neapolitan pizzas, to its texture and particular characteristics, which make it light and easy to digest.
Of course, to achieve the right point in preparation and cooking, one of the key aspects was the selection of high-quality ingredients. Among them, mozzarella stands out, specially designed to adapt to the freezing process. Other notable raw materials include paprika from Jujuy, oregano also from northern Argentina, smoked cheese from General Rodríguez, and olive oil from San Juan and La Rioja.
