Taylor Swift’s boyfriend’s mother: Donna Kelce excited about acting debut

If US singer Taylor Swift (34) were to one day actually say yes to her current boyfriend, American football star Travis Kelce (35, Kansas City Chiefs), his mother Donna Kelce (72) would probably be the most famous mother-in-law in the world. Until then, she is obviously enjoying herself to the fullest, getting a little of the spotlight in which the celebrity couple is romping around.

The proximity to the blonde pop princess has even given her guest roles in two Christmas films on the US broadcaster “Hallmark Channel”. One of these films, , celebrates its TV debut today, November 30th, and another entitled “Christmas on Call” was already broadcast recently. It’s convenient that “Holiday Touchdown” has a connection to American football. It’s a topic that the athlete’s mother is of course very familiar with. Donna Kelce was enthusiastic about her first acting experience.

“There were so many fantastic veterans of Hallmark films, and I really enjoyed learning from them all,” she says. Many scenes in the film “Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story” were filmed in the football stadium in Kansas City, where she has been watching her son Travis’ brilliant career from the stands for many years. In the film, Donna Kelce plays the manager of a restaurant.

Before the film flickers on screens in the USA this evening, the celebrity mom has already watched “Christmas on Call” with her own grandchildren. As she tells the magazine, they couldn’t get enough of it. “They kept saying, ‘Play it back, play it back! We want to see DeeDee!’ That was really funny.'”
