Located in the basement of the Mío Buenos Aires boutique hotel in Recoleta, Rufino presents itself as a charming speakeasy that provides an exceptional culinary experience. This modern grill pays tribute to contemporary Argentine cuisine, fusing the classic with the innovative. Its commitment to quality is reflected in the use of steer meat from Entre Todos, a slaughterhouse with more than 30 years of experience in the sector, known for its responsibility and excellence in service.

Upon entering Rufino, the sophisticated atmosphere invites you to enjoy every moment. Going down the stairs to an elegant room, decorated with wood and iron, diners find comfortable leather armchairs with country-style wooden tables, and a drinks bar next to an extensive display case with wine bottles. Also striking in its design is an imposing mural of cows, which attracts attention as soon as you enter the premises, as does the bright neon sign with the name of the place.
