In September, Prince Carl Philip of Sweden and his wife Sofia announced that they were becoming parents for the fourth time. The pregnancy was also a surprise for her, said the 40-year-old. She gave an interview to the Scandinavian “Vogue” to mark her birthday and graced the cover of the fashion magazine.

“Maybe it wasn’t planned, but now we are very, very excited. Especially the children,” said Sofia, who has been married to Prince Carl Philip since 2015. The couple already have three sons together: Alexander, eight, Gabriel, seven, and Julian, three. Child number four is due to be born in February 2025.
