Actress Katie Holmes has rejected a report by the British tabloid “Daily Mail” about her daughter Suri’s alleged million-dollar fortune as “completely false”. The 45-year-old published a screenshot of the article and wrote: “‘Daily Mail’, you can stop making stuff up. Enough is enough.” In the headline of the post, 18-year-old Suri Cruise is described as a millionaire. The only child from the divorced marriage of Holmes and Hollywood star Tom Cruise is said to have been given access to a sizeable trust fund by his father at the age of 18. In addition, Holmes herself invested money in a fund for her daughter. The newspaper refers to unnamed sources in its claims. Suri Cruise celebrated her 18th birthday in April this year. She graduated from school in New York in June and is now attending Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise married in 2006, seven months after Suri was born. The couple announced their separation in 2012.
