The National Social Security Administration (ANSES) announced the payments and their respective calendars for the last month of the year. And regarding the procedures, he already reported on what the management is like to access the Annual School Aid.

This benefit is financial support that aims to collaborate with the needs that children and adolescents have when attending school. Find out what details you have to take into account to process it and the requirements to meet.

What is ANSES School Aid?

The Annual School Aid is a single payment allowance which is charged for each school-age child, from kindergarten to secondary level. For the payment to be paid, it is necessary to have presented the regular student certificate of the minor. You have until December 31 of each year to generate and upload the form.

The benefit is $124,000 thousand and is charged at the beginning of the school year. The purpose of this payment is to cover or help with everything related to school expenses: purchase of supplies, uniforms, transportation and everything the student may need to attend school.

The updates in the amounts of benefits correspond to the new mobility formula, determined by Decree 274/24. Which clarifies that they must be governed by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from two months ago. Therefore, in December the figure increased by 2.69%corresponding to October data.

Who can access ANSES School Aid

The benefit corresponds to those people who have children in charge of the school level and who receive the Family Allowance for a Child/Child with a Disability or the Universal Allowance for a Child/Child with a Disability.

In turn, the child must be between 45 days and 17 years old inclusive. And it must be demonstrated with the regular student certification that the minor actively attends an educational establishment incorporated into official education, whether initial, primary or secondary level.

Unlike the above, if the child has a disability, there are no age limits for payment. The only requirement is that attendance at an official or special educational establishment (public or private) can be proven, that it receives support from private teachers, attends protected workshops or job training, or receives some rehabilitation.
