Demi Moore has gathered her old clique around her. On Instagram she shares pictures of a party with several stars she has known for a long time.
“The Substance” star Demi Moore (62) gathered several old and new friends at a private party to ring in the Christmas season. Among other things, she posted photos of herself with Molly Ringwald (56), Ralph Macchio (63) and Tony Goldwyn (64), thus also bringing together parts of the so-called Brat Pack for a small reunion. Moore also shared pictures of herself with Chloë Sevigny (50), Don Lemon (58) and her other friends on Instagram.
The term Brat Pack refers to a group of actresses and actors who often appeared together in productions, especially in the 1980s. Apparently the party was also a belated birthday celebration for the actress, who turned 62 in November. Moore is seen blowing out candles on a cake.
“We’re ringing in the holiday season with reunions of all kinds!” Moore wrote in the caption of her recent post. Her now famous Chihuahua Pilaf can’t be missing from the snapshots either. “Pilaf and I had the best time partying with old and new friends.”
Ringwald and Moore were both part of the Brat Pack circle, although they did not appear in a film together at the time. Just earlier this year, they both had roles alongside Sevigny in Feud: Capote vs. The Swans. Ringwald enthused during the promotional work at the time: “I’ve always admired Demi. […] I lost a lot of roles to this lady.” But they didn’t really know each other back then.
Demi Moore recently spoke out about ill Bruce Willis
Demi Moore, who was married to Bruce Willis (69) from 1987 to 2000, recently provided insight into how she deals with the action hero, who suffers from frontotemporal dementia. He is currently “in a very stable condition”: “It is so important for everyone involved to meet him where he is, and from that point there is so much love and joy.”
