Fines not valid in December 2024
The Traffic Law establishes that the prohibition of sanctions changes depending on the severity of the fine. Drivers who have light sanctions (parking in double row, exceeding the permitted speed by 10%, not respecting traffic signs and driving on sidewalks, platforms and unauthorized areas) They will no longer be obliged to pay after two years.

How to process the cancellation of the fine

- In person: They must make an appointment and go to the General Directorate of the Administration of Infractions (DGAI).
