The agreement that will be paid in January was signed by the Federation of Workers of the Oilseed Industrial Complex, Cotton Ginners and Related Workers of the Argentine Republic (FTCIODyARA) and the Union of Oil Workers and Employees of San Lorenzo (Soea) with the cameras Ciara, Ciavec and Carbio.


When is the bonus paid?
The extraordinary non-remunerative sum will be settled in the months of January and February 2025. In percentage terms, it consists of the application of a 122% increase on the extraordinary sum for 2023, a percentage equivalent to what was signed in the salary agreements of the current year. Meanwhile, union and business partners will continue the salary negotiation for 2025 in the month of January.
