- Non-profit entities registered with ARCA, under parameters that the agency will define.
- Health sector taxpayersbased on criteria established by ARCA in consultation with the Ministry of Health.
This decision, which is framed in the powers granted by Decree 618/1997 and its complements, highlights the intention to avoid judicial measures that could put at risk the operation of fundamental actors for social well-being.
The ARCA, created in October 2024 after the dissolution of the AFIP, assumed the functions of customs collection and control, and will be in charge of executing the provisions stipulated in the new resolution. The implementation is expected to provide financial respite to sectors that continue to face significant challenges in the context of economic recovery.
