Selena Gomez: Actress wishes “Happy New Year”

Selena Gomez (32) is celebrating the New Year 2025 with a cute series of pictures online. On January 1, the singer and actress shared numerous snaps, starting with a photo of a paper plate that says “I love you.” The following pictures show Gomez with her fiancé Benny Blanco (36) and her younger sister Gracie. In a selfie, the “Wolves” interpreter casually poses for the camera – her large engagement ring is particularly eye-catching. “Happy New Year,” Gomez writes under her post and adds a red heart.

“I love you more,” Blanco then comments, referring to the first picture in the series. Many other users also react to Gomez’s New Year’s greetings in the comment column. “Happy New Year. I love you and thank you for being an inspiration to all of us,” writes one fan, while another also leaves loving words in the comments: “I hope that your 2025 will be as beautiful as yourself.”

The past year was extremely successful for Gomez: After appearing in front of the camera for the feature film “Emilia Pérez” by Jacques Audiard (72), Gomez was nominated for a Golden Globe for her role just a few weeks ago. She received a second nomination for her performance in the series “Only Murders in the Building” (since 2021, on Disney+).

And Gomez also seems to have found great happiness in her private life: After the former “Wizards of Waverly Place” actress made her relationship with Blanco public in December 2023, the engagement followed around a year later.
