Bayern star Alphonso Davies has announced his engagement on Instagram. The proposal apparently took place in Dubai over New Year’s Eve.
Football star Alphonso Davies (24) got engaged over the holidays. The Bayern player announced this on New Year’s Day 2025. There he shared a black and white photo of himself holding his fiancée’s hand with a large diamond ring on his finger and simply wrote: “Happy New Year!”
Marriage proposal in Dubai
the Canadian international proposed to his partner Sheyenne while on holiday in Dubai. The two are said to have been a couple since 2022. The 24-year-old, who says she is a singer and interior design student, shared on her Instagram profile from their vacation together in the United Arab Emirates.
Alphonso Davies was previously in a relationship with footballer Jordyn Huitema (23), also a Canadian national team player and under contract with Paris Saint-Germain until 2023, for several years. The two separated in May 2022.
Congratulations on the engagement have already come from several of Davies’ colleagues. Among other things, ex-Bayern star David Alaba (32) commented with a “Congrats” (German: “Congratulations”).
