Jeremy Renner survived a snowplow accident two years ago. On Instagram he thanked all the helpers again on New Year’s Day.

On the second anniversary of his serious snow plow accident, Jeremy Renner (53) expressed his gratitude for the numerous help and the new beginning in life. “A happy and blessed New Year to all of you… I ring in my second ‘ReBirthday’ today,” he wrote on January 1st alongside a picture of himself lying in a hospital bed surrounded by people.

“I literally owe you my life”

“I send my love, respect and gratitude to the many people it took to put me back together. Thank you to all the nurses, doctors and first responders… I literally owe you my life,” he continued. He further thanked his nephew and his neighbors who helped him on site when he was buried by his snow plow. “I’m so sorry for forcing so many terrible images on you,” he apologized to them.

“With the love and prayers that reached me from all over the world (I need every single one of them), with my family that never left my side, with divine intervention, a bit of luck and a whole series of miracles. .. I’m strong again,” emphasized Renner. He is overjoyed with “his next step” and every breath he takes. “I thank you with every fiber and every cell in my body. I love you all,” the Marvel star ended his post and added a red heart.

First filming a year after the accident

Renner said he broke 30 bones on New Year’s Day 2023 when he came under a snow plow. The actor had tried to stop the vehicle that was rolling towards his nephew. This catches him when he tries to get back into the snow groomer. With serious injuries, he was flown to a hospital where he spent some time in intensive care. Renner celebrated his acting comeback a year later while filming the third season of the series “Mayor of Kingstown,” in which he played a leading role.
