Requirements to access the ANSES AUE

The Universal Pregnancy Allowance is intended for pregnant women who fall within certain parameters of economic vulnerability. In order to be part of this benefit, you must meet these requirements:

  • Being unemployed pregnant people
  • Informal workers (with income below the minimum wage)
  • Social monotributists
  • Registered private home workers
  • People enrolled in social programs
  • Have a pregnancy 12 weeks or more.
  • Be Argentine or naturalized and have a DNI. If you are a foreigner, have at least 3 years of residency in the country.
  • Be enrolled in the SUMAR Program and not have social work (only for unemployed or informal workers).

Amount of the Universal Pregnancy Allowance
