A few weeks ago, “Bauer sucht Frau” star Anna Heiser reported on marital problems with her husband Gerald. Now she gave an update.

Even in the new year, the former “Bauer sucht Frau” dream couple Anna (34) and Gerald Heiser (39) continue to fight to save their relationship. In a recent Instagram post, Anna Heiser was hopeful – even if it would be “damned difficult” to get out of the crisis together.

Dream wedding in Namibia

Anna and Gerald Heiser became a couple in 2017 through their participation in Inka Bause’s (56) dome show “Bauer sucht Frau”. Just a few months later, Anna moved to Namibia to live with her new partner, who was committed to agriculture. The two celebrated their wedding in 2018 and soon had two children together.

After the two TV stars had a harmonious relationship for a long time, the first rumors of separation arose in April 2024 when Anna took a break from her husband and children and moved into a hotel for a few days. At the beginning of December 2024, the stressed mother made it public that she was actually going through a crisis with her Gerald. “We are in the process of losing ourselves,” she wrote there and announced that from now on she would “no longer pretend to be an ideal world” to the public.

Even though the two spouses started couples therapy to save the relationship, the crisis seems to continue in the new year. Anna has now published a video in which she and her Gerald dance in a warm embrace on the beach in front of a sunset.

“Damn hard to break the old patterns”

She wrote: “I’m starting the year 2025 with the same man I fell in love with in 2017. But this year will demand more of us than just mastering everyday life. This year we will try to find a way back together – back to us and our love.” Despite all the good intentions, however, it is “damned difficult to break the old patterns.”
