Halle Berry wants to donate her “entire wardrobe” after the LA fires. She’s not the only celebrity to do this.
Due to the devastating wildfires in Southern California, thousands of people have lost their homes and are left with nothing. But the community, including numerous celebrities, sticks together: After actress Sharon Stone (66) appealed on Thursday to donate clothing that can be passed on to people in need to the “Coop” store in LA, actress Halle Berry ( 58) now do the same.
“I’m packing up my entire closet and heading to Coop,” Berry wrote, sharing a video of the store on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles. “If you live in the Southern California area, I ask you to do the same. This is something we can do today to help the evacuated families who need basics right now,” she added, thanking Sharon Stone for the idea .

Sharon Stone had asked that “gently used jeans, jackets, shoes, hats, gloves and hangers, as well as new underwear and socks and any gift cards” be donated to the store. She and her sister Kelly Stone donated a truck filled with various items.
Sharon Stone also announced that she would be opening her home to friends and family members who had to evacuate their homes. It is an “apocalyptic tragedy and can only get better if we all help each other,” said the actress.
On Tuesday, several wildfires broke out in the Los Angeles area, including in the Pacific Palisades and Malibu as well as Pasadena and Altadena. Due to the strong wind, they spread quickly and over a large area with several small fires.
As a result of the devastating fires, more than 100,000 residents of the area in southern California were forced to evacuate their homes. Numerous houses burned down completely, including those of celebrities such as Paris Hilton (43), Anthony Hopkins (87) and Leighton Meester (38) and Adam Brody (45). As of January 10, at least ten people died in the fires, which have not yet been brought under control.
