Alexander Kumptner becomes a father for the first time. The TV chef announced this in a broadcast.
Alexander Kumptner (41) actually keeps his private life mostly out of the public eye. Now the TV chef has revealed that he is becoming a father for the first time. He revealed the secret by embarking on a culinary journey through the United States with Frank Rosin (58) and Ali Güngörmüş (48).
Alexander Kumptner has to warm up to the role of father
“It’s an anticipation that I haven’t felt for a long time,” Kumptner says afterwards and reveals to his colleagues: “There’s a little shit on the way.” A big step for the 41-year-old, as he admits: “I could never imagine slipping into the role of dad.”
His colleagues, both of whom are already fathers, can reassure the Viennese native: “Finally get up in the morning and know what for,” says Frank Rosin, while for Ali Güngörmüş it is clear: “The love for your own child is the greatest thing for me Love that exists.”
However, Alexander Kumptner does not reveal who the child’s mother is. In 2021, the TV chef confirmed that he had been in steady hands for several years. However, he and his partner want to keep their relationship out of the public eye.
Third season of “Road Trip America”

In 2023 he traveled through the USA for the first time for the kabel eins show “Roadtrip Amerika” together with Rosin and Güngörmüş. In the third season, the trio travels, among other places, to the state of Illinois, starting in Chicago, where the three chefs try the famous deep dish pizza.
