Cara Delevingne’s sister Poppy Delevingne: She announces her first pregnancy

Poppy Delevingne (38) and her partner, businessman Archie Keswick, are becoming parents. The model announced this. Cara Delevingne’s sister (32) and her partner, who has two children from a previous marriage, are expecting a girl next May. “I’m so excited, I come from an all-girl family, girls are great,” she enthuses in the interview, which also included baby bump photos.

Poppy Delevingne says she found out she was pregnant during London Fashion Week. At a fitting for the Burberry show, her look felt a little tighter than at the first appointment two weeks earlier, so she took a pregnancy test.

Pregnancy is “everything I ever wanted,” says Poppy Delevingne, who is nearing six months of her pregnancy. It felt “like an extraordinary privilege to be able to do this, to have a baby at this age and at this time, and when it happened I couldn’t really believe it. It still feels very surreal.” In the last few years she didn’t always believe she could get pregnant and had already made peace with it.

Her sisters Cara and Chloe Delevingne (39) were also “overjoyed” and shared their excitement with her at Christmas. “We were all in New York and we talked to the baby bump a lot and stroked it,” reveals Poppy Delevingne.

Overall, the reactions of those around her were very emotional. “The people closest to me know how much I’ve wanted this my whole life.” She has nine godchildren, “I’m an aunt, and I think they know that I’ve dreamed of becoming a mother since I was a little girl.”
