The Grammys will be awarded again at the beginning of February. This time, donations are to be collected for the people affected by the fires in Los Angeles – and Trevor Noah will moderate the event.
The comedian Trevor Noah (40) will host the Grammy Awards again this year. Noah will host the gala scheduled for February 2nd for the fifth time in a row, the organizers said. This year, the show will also serve as a fundraising gala for people affected by the devastating fires in Los Angeles.
Noah gave up his “Daily Show” on the US broadcaster Comedy Central in 2022, which he took over as host from long-time host Jon Stewart in 2015. Since then he has been on a stand-up tour, among other things.
The Grammys are one of the most coveted music awards in the world – around 13,000 members of the Recording Academy decide on the winners. This year, superstar Beyoncé is the favorite for the award with eleven nominations.
