Gwyneth Paltrow separated from her villa in Los Angeles. The entrepreneur’s luxury property brought less than planned.
Gwyneth Paltrow (52) said goodbye to her villa in Mandeville Canyon, a district of Los Angeles. Referring to a report by the “Wall Street Journal”, the property was not sold at the prize that was originally listed.
The villa with around 700 square meters was offered from May 2024 for $ 29.99 million (the equivalent of around 28.7 million euros). In October the sales price was $ 24.9 million, but ultimately Paltrow is said to have received $ 22 million (21.2 million euros). According to the report, the property with six bedrooms was built in the 1950s and renovated in 2009. Through high hedges and some old trees, the villa should be able to score primarily with its protected privacy.
House with many memories
Paltrow, which was not affected by the latest forest fires in Los Angeles, had acquired $ 9.95 million together with her husband, Coldplay singer Chris Martin (47) in 2012. The two were married from 2003 to 2016 and have two children. Paltrow most recently lived there with her current husband Brad Falchuk (53) and his two children. Since her own offspring, daughter Apple (20) and son Moses (18) are now grown up, the Oscar winner should want to reduce her comfortably. In addition to a possible new home in Los Angeles, the 52-year-old should also want to split her time between her property in Montecito California and her Hamptons house in Amagansett.
