Lilly Becker opens in the jungle camp and talks about the early loss of her parents.
Lilly Becker (48) gives a deep insight into her moving family history in the Australian jungle. , the ex-wife of Boris Becker (57) reveals in an emotional conversation with co-camper Alessia (23) at the campfire that she lost both parents at the age of only three.
No memories of the mother
“I don’t know anything about my mom,” admits the 48-year-old. What she knew about her mother only knows her from other people’s stories. “She was wild, she was pretty, loose, had a lot of friends. They all liked them. When my mother was there, everyone was happy,” Becker describes the descriptions of her late mother.
She hardly knows anything about her father. “He is dead. He died with my mom. It was 45 years ago,” she explains in conversation. As the only tangible memory, she had a photo of him. She still carries her parents’ legacy: “I look like my father, but I have the character of my mother.”
The right name and the name of the name
In the course of the conversation, it is also discussed that the Dutch native is actually called Sharlely – a name “that actually does not exist”, as she notes. Only her ex-husband Boris Becker brought the nickname “Lilly” into play because her real first name was difficult for many to pronounce. “My closest friends call me ‘Shar’,” she reveals.
Lilly Becker did not prevent the tragic family history from founding a family himself. With Boris Becker, from whom she is divorced, she has the son Amadeus (14). It is now on its way to Australia, with Lilly’s uncle, as was learned on Sunday in “Exclusive Weekend”. Among other things, Lilly grew up with him and his aunt after the severe stroke of fate.
The complete conversation is in “I’m a star – get me out of here!” to be seen in RTL (also via RTL+) this Monday from 8:15 p.m.
