Marie Burchard: Continents do not separate the best friends

Actress Marie Burchard (“thousand lines”) are important old friendships, even over decades and continents. “My really oldest friend, who is also called Marie, I met at the age of one and a half and she is still my best friend,” said the 42-year-old Berliner of the German Press Agency. “And that’s really great, because we lived in other countries in between.”
Burchard explained: “I grew up in France and got to know her in the French kindergarten.” At some point her best friend went to Vietnam. “Then she came back and I was in Germany until she finally moved to Ireland where she still lives. We try to see each other regularly, at least once a year, which we actually create. And we try, just try it to keep up to date. “
Burchard can be seen on Friday in the romantic TV comedy “The Best Finally” (8:15 p.m. in the first). The film about two best friends and a great love for a third person is already available in the ARD media library.
