While a TV duel is running around the chancellorship in Germany, Australia is about another office: a new jungle queen climbs the throne. Your term of office begins with a surprise.
Her ex-husband once won in Wimbledon, she now won the RTL jungle camp in the wilderness: Model Lilly Becker (48). The Dutchman secured in the final of “I’m a star – get me out of here!” The so -called jungle crown, which the winners of the show are allowed to put on the head.
Becker: “I knew that people didn’t know me”
As a jungle rain, Becker secured prize money of 100,000 euros and apparently could hardly believe her luck. In a subsequent press conference, she said: Perhaps she had benefited from the fact that she was able to clear up prejudices that normally hit her. People would have asked themselves in advance whether she was whining or spoiled in the show, she said. “I knew people didn’t know me.”
But she was simply herself and the spectators might have seen: “Oh my god, the Lilly is actually normal and she’s just a cool aunt!” Said Becker.
Emotional reunion with son
After presenting her the vote of the audience to the moderator duo Sonja Zietlow and Jan Köppen, she cried tears of joy and put her hands in front of her face. Then she called her son’s name, sank to the jungle floor and kneeled out a kind of prayer towards heaven.
However, the most moving moment was still imminent. After the model born in Rotterdam in the tree house in the jungle’s tops had received his crown and the scepter, son Amadeus, who turned 15 on this day, surprisingly came to the camera. After days of the separation, the two fell into their arms, the crown plunged back to the ground in the Freudentaumel. Finally, mother and son sat side by side on the jungle throne.
Ambitious and sensitive
In the jungle, Sharlely “Lilly” Becker had shown himself to be very resistant, ambitious, but also sensitively. She fought to be seen as an independent personality. In the final she said that she hoped to just be able to leave the show as Lilly Becker – and not as “the” woman of “” that could do nothing as she put it. The model was known to Boris Becker with tennis legend.
“I show myself completely without make-up, without anything,” said Lilly Becker in the final. “Nothing is fake here, everything is real.” She had never hidden her ambitions. She is concerned with winning – also for her son, said Becker. He should have a role model “for life”. She tells him: “What also happens – don’t give up.”
An eel becomes doom
In fact, Becker passed some unsightly things in the final. In her last exam, she should put her head into a water tank that was gradually filled with animals. When an eel slid under the shirt, she broke out panicked – in belief that it was a snake. Camper Pierre Sanoussi-Bliss (62) then tried to build up: “We go delicious eel food in Berlin. We take revenge on the cakes.”
The actor, known from the ZDF crime series “The Alte”, finished second at the end. With his performance, the jungle prince Becker made considerable competition in the final. The 62-year-old had to feed himself through various disgusting food and did so with an almost terrifying sovereign Grandzza. At first he melted a crocodile hotel, later he drank quickly pureed cow vagina. “It’s a bit like a whipped vomit,” he analyzed afterwards.
While Becker didn’t get a single star, Sanoussi-Bliss four of them home. He lost the fifth because a buffalo eye came up again.
Alessia men in her father’s footsteps
Reality star Alessia Herren (23) took third place. She landed in the same rank as her father more than 20 years ago. “Lindenstraße” actor Willi Herren (1975-2021) also finished third in the jungle in 2004. Alessia Herren also did not pick up a star in her final test, but at least defied in a box of the presence of some snakes. After that she was certain: “If my father witnessed it, he would be so proud of me.”
The 18th season of the reality format will be remembered as the camp of the lost stars. The ratio of possible points and points has never been so bad, wrote RTL.de. A number of exams were canceled. The meals often failed accordingly. “It was the most multifaceted, but unfortunately also the most unsuccessful camp ever,” said moderator Sonja Zietlow.
Lilly Becker is now entering the footsteps of such illustrious jungle majesties such as Costa Cordalis, Brigitte Nielsen and Ingrid van Bergen. Last year singer Lucy Diakovska from the pop band No Angels won the crown.
