King Charles gets crash course in American football

King Charles III. Visits the stadium of the London football club Tottenham Hotspur – and tries with a football, but in a different variant than expected.
Great Britain’s King Charles III. (76) visited the stadium of the English football club Tottenham Hotspur. The monarch also got a crash course – but in American football, as the British news agency PA reported. Charles let himself be explained how to throw the oval ball correctly, and tried it himself.
A year ago, the royal family had made it public that Charles had cancer. Despite its treatment, the monarch has been in public for a long time. His daughter -in -law Princess Kate (43) was also treated for a cancer diagnosis.
Royals are always sporty
During his visit to London, Charles found out about projects by the English first division club, as PA reported, including the cooperation with local companies and a cooperation with the American National Football League (NFL). The royals are always sporty.
Charles’ youngest son, Prince Harry (40), also launched a sports competition for war -consuming with the Invictus Games. The games are currently taking place in Canada, where Harry and his wife Duchess Meghan just performed together. The two had taken their royal duties five years ago and now live in the United States.
