Ex-tennis star expects the second child
Baby joys at ex-tennis star: Angelique Kerber revealed with a post on Instagram that she is pregnant again.
Ex-tennis player Angelique Kerber (37) awaits her second child. : “We count the days until someone is particularly important in our family.” In addition, she posted a picture of herself and her little daughter Liana, who was born in 2023.
The little one can be seen from behind how she hugs her mother. Kerber kneels, smiling wide, on the snapshot on the floor in front of a fireplace fire. In front of her stomach she shaped a heart with her hands. The congratulations collect in the comment area.
In 2024 she ended her career
In July 2024, the tennis player, who won the silver medal at the 2016 Olympic Games, ended her career. During these victories, she had celebrated the Australian Open, the US Open (both 2016) and 2018 in Wimbledon.
In February 2023, the 37-year-old gave birth to her first child. The tennis star wrote on Instagram at the time: “Welcome to our family, Liana *25.02.2023”. She added: “To have you with us is the most beautiful & overwhelming feeling that we could ever have imagined.”
