Donald Trump makes no secret of it: If Prince Harry has given incorrect information in his US visa proposal, there may be consequences.
The President of the United States, Donald Trump, grumbles around the media for the media for Prince Harry’s visa. Once again, he warns that the emigrant prince has to expect legal consequences and that an insider threatens: the Duke of Sussex should be serious.
As the “Mail on Sunday” reports, Trump keeps that Harry must be persecuted in a criminal law if it turns out that he misled the authorities with his visa application. He had still assured last week that deportation was not necessary – after all, the prince had to endure enough with his “terrible” wife Meghan.
According to sources from Trump’s environment, the Republican is concerned with “transparency”. Anyone who fails their drug past in a US visual application risks up to five years in prison, a fine or even the expulsion. Harry himself had openly admitted in his memoir “Spare” from 2023 that he had consumed cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms. If he had disclosed this in 2022 when he entered, he would have had to apply for a visa exemption and had to undergo a separate interview.

The conservative Heritage Foundation now wants to certainty and calls for insight into the documents of the US Ministry of Homeland-to clarify whether Harry was honest or whether he received an extra treatment. A judge had initially decided that the documents remained confidential. But now there is movement in that case. In newly submitted court papers, he ordered that details of a non -public meeting between him and government lawyers must be passed on to the Heritage Foundation.
“President Trump has made it very clear that Harry has to expect consequences if he lied,” says a source familiar with the matter. “If he had said the truth, a special procedure for visa exemption would have been necessary. If it had fallen under the table, the public has a right to find out.” But Trump is not alone with his critical voice in Washington. “Harry is far from being out of the tailor,” said a source. “There are no goodwill between the Sussexes and Trump. He should worry about serious.”
Prince Harry’s wife once shot against Donald Trump
Duchess Meghan once opened the feud against Donald Trump by describing him as “misogynist”. He recently returned in the “New York Post” with a top against Harry: “I leave him alone. He has enough problems with his wife. She is terrible.” But Harry doesn’t seem to hold back either. At the “Invictus Games” in Canada, he shouted against the “morally weak character of the world” – for many a barely covered swipe against Trump.
Meanwhile, it is becoming apparent that the new US general prosecutor Pam Bondi is driving a hard line. A source emphasizes: “Pam wants justice – regardless of whether someone is a prince or an ordinary citizen. If Harry have lied, he will be pursued by criminal law.” Nile Gardiner, director of the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom, makes the fall of the case clear: “The Americans have a right to find out whether Harry said the truth.”
