Another prominent visit to the Buckingham Palace: King Charles and Queen Camilla received several stars on Thursday.
King Charles III. (76) and Queen Camilla (77) spent a star -picked afternoon. The couple welcomed several members of various charity organizations on Thursday, including a number of celebrities, to a reception in the Buckingham Palace.
Among them was the former Hear’Say singer Myleene Klass (46), “The Affair” star Ruth Wilson (43) and the British author and moderator Fern Fern Fern (67). With the reception, the monarch honored the invited guests for their respective humanitarian efforts.
Charles was dressed in a dark blue pinstripe suit with a light blue pocket cloth and a blue and white silk tie for the occasion. Camilla wore a royal blue midi dress with striking glitter broses on the lapel. Charles’ sister, Princess Anne (74), was also involved in the reception. The three shook hands hard and got into conversation with those present.
“Thanks to the extraordinary people and organizations that contribute to humanitarian efforts worldwide,” says a series of photos of reception. There it was also explained that the reception marked the anniversaries of four organizations present. “Your majesties were informed about the work of these four charity organizations, and a special photo collection of the Disaster Emergency Committee was also shown.”
Eventful week for the royals
Behind the Royals is an eventful week: On Wednesday, Charles surprisingly visited the London University of Imperial College, where he found out about the treatment of war injuries. Queen Camilla received actors, employees and supporters of the National Theater on Tuesday, including superstars such as James Corden (46), Andrew Garfield (41) and Cate Blanchett (55).
