Schlager star celebrates its premiere on Tikkok

Tikkok loves “Look in”, the duet of Florian Silbereisen and Helene Fischer. Now the singer also participates in person at the trend.

The hype around the “Look in” duet by Helene Fischer (40) and Florian Silbereisen (43) does not end. All Tikok sings and dances to “The cup of coffee – and also the glass of wine”. After the song has conquered the Tikok charts for the second time in a row, Silbereisen now gets into the trend – and creates especially on the platform.

Trend because of “dream ship” almost missed

“I only noticed all of this in a time delay because I was already on the ‘dream ship’ when it all started – and I wasn’t at Tikkok myself!” Explains Silbereisen. But friends always sent him videos and asked him to turn one of his song.

“Now that we have landed again in 1st place on the Tikok charts, I can of course not only watch, now of course I have to dance along,” explains the pop star. Before that, he had no ambitions to get an account. But between the filming of the “dream ship” episode on Bora Bora, in which he naturally plays the captain Max Parger again, the 43-year-old spontaneously took up and created the account “Florian.sil trip”.

Request to duet partner Fischer

In it he dances to the hit with snorkeling and diving goggles and jumps into the sea – of course stylish with a cup of coffee and a glass of wine on the table, as the lyrics specify. With his debut video, he also addresses a direct request to duet partner and ex-girlfriend Helene Fischer to jump into the water: “And now it’s your turn, Helene!” Fischer himself has already recorded numerous videos on the song on her Tikok account with 260,000 followers.

Helene Fischer and Florian Silbereisen are still well friends after their separation in 2018. You also sing that in the song: “Why shouldn’t you understand yourself after so many years?” In December they were on stage at the “Helene Fischer Show”. They took up the duet especially for this – and thus got the currently largest German Internet hype rolling. The appearance has been clicked almost three million times so far.

“Look in” is the German version of the 1978 hit “Stumblin” in “by Chris Norman (74) and Suzi Quatro (74). However, it does not come from Fischer and Silbereisen itself, but was sung by Bernd Clüver (1948-2011) and Marion Maerz (81) in 1979.
