Diane Warren goes out for the 16th time at the Oscars

Nothing again: US songwriter and composer Diane Warren has to accept another Oscar bankruptcy-for the 16th time. She appears to the gala with a suitable message in the collar of her outfit.

Sixteen times Diane Warren had been nominated for an Oscar since 1988, but every time the US musician went away empty-handed. Even now, the 68-year-old’s hopes for a trophy were disappointed again. At the 97th Academy Awards, the song “El Mal” from “Emilia Pérez” (music and text: Clément Ducol, Camille and Jacques Audiard) won the Oscar as a “best song”. Warren was with the song “The Journey” from the war drama “The Six Triple Eight”, sung by the five nominees.

Warren was published at the gala with a special message on the collar of her elegant jacket. The embroidered lettering “Make it fucking bumps” (“Do it damn possible again”) in the high -beaten collar.

Last year, the hapless songwriter for “The Fire Inside” from the film “Flamin ‘Hot” had been nominated. Her songs “i’ll Fight” from the Doku “RBG – a life for justice” and “there you’ll be” from “Pearl Harbor” belong to previous Oscar candidates.

A consolation: In 2022 the artist was awarded an honor Oscar by the Filmakademie. Actor Michael J. Fox, director Euzhan Palcy and director Peter Weir were also celebrated at the time. The four honored “indelible contributions to the cinema and the world overall,” it said.
