I find it very positive that the two use their celebrities to move things and do good. I also take their social commitment from them, because Harry grew up, and Meghan always had a combative side. You could just be privateers.

If you follow the gossip press, it seems more like the two urgently need money. What do you know about the finances of the Sussexes?
Not much. But you can assume a comfortable starting point. Harry has a legacy from Diana and also from Queen Mum, and Meghan also deserves well before the wedding. But that is certainly not enough to finance this standard of living in the long run. When they got out of the royal family, they were also concerned with becoming financially independent. They initially succeeded, thanks to Harry’s book and the Netflix documentary. The question is: at what price? Harry has broken all gangs to his family.

This strategy is not sustainable, isn’t it?
No, the story of Harry and Meghan is now counted. It cannot be marketed again. The dramatic is that Harry has lost his father and brother. Harry was not trained for a life outside the royal family. It has been very successfully implemented in other royal houses that siblings leave the throne to the royal family to live their own life and pursue a bourgeois profession. And yet they stay valued members of the family and are ready when they are needed. The British royal family failed to present Harry before this choice.
