Osan Yaran and Christina Hänni were the first to leave “Let’s Dance”. Despite disappointment, she now enjoys the time with her family.

Together with her celebrity protégé, comedian Osan Yaran (38), Christina Hänni (35) was the first to leave the dance floor of “Let’s Dance” (since 2006 on RTL). However, the professional dancer is only partially sad about this, as she revealed.

“It’s a shame,” emphasized Hänni in relation to her last place at “Let’s Dance”, but later added in the episode how nice it was to be back home with her husband Luca (30) and her daughter. “I totally enjoy it, so that’s incredibly beautiful to have such a firm family structure at home, to which you then come back,” said Hänni.

Luca Hänni went “dearly in parental leave”

Nevertheless, Hänni was sad about the early “Let’s Dance” outline – not only because of her dance partner, but also because of her husband, who went “dearly in parental leave” to support her. “That means he has now resigned a bit professionally and mainly takes care of the little one, even now until the rest of the season, because it was already planned,” said the 35-year-old. She now enjoys the time together with her husband and daughter.

Hänni makes her husband very happy in his role as a father: “You love his husband when you have him with you. But when I see him with our daughter and how well he does it now, then you fall in love again in your husband.” While the 30-year-old takes care of “action” in the upbringing, Hänni is the one in which her daughter “wants to smash and sleep immediately”.

Christina and Luca Hänni fell in love with “Let’s Dance”

Christina and Luca Hänni met in 2020 at “Let’s Dance”. Together they danced to third place on the RTL show. The sparks sprayed during filming. Hänni did not want to allow this for a long time, as she also revealed in the RTL podcast. “I thought when the whole thing was over, then this little bladder burst. Then you notice that only the ‘Let’s Dance’ glitter was scattered about it,” recalled Hänni.

Nevertheless, the couple gave themselves the time to get to know each other after “Let’s Dance”. “It quickly became clear: that’s not just the ‘Let’s Dance’ magic.” They crowned their love in 2023 with a wedding in Piedmont, Italy. About a year later, her daughter saw the light of day in June 2024. The family of three lives together in Switzerland, Luca Hännis Heimatland.

“Let’s Dance” continues without Yaran and Hänni. Every Friday at 8:15 p.m., the celebrities compete live on RTL with their dance professionals – until the grand finale on May 23, 2025.
