Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni argue about sexual harassment and defamation. Many details have already reached the public – LIVELY wants to prevent more.
In connection with the dispute between the film colleagues Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni on allegations of sexual harassment and defamation, the actress wants to prevent intimate details from being public. On Thursday, her lawyer Meryl Governski asked by judge Lewis J. Liman, strict rules for the exchange of potential evidence between the lawyers to rule out that Baldoni or people who are connected with him will receive personal or intimate information about you or other celebrities. Liman has not made a decision yet.
At the end of December, the actress Lively had sued the actor and director of the film “only once”, Justin Baldoni, his production company and others. She threw sexual harassment and tried call damage. Lively called for compensation in an unknown amount. Baldoni, in turn, filed a lawsuit against Lively in January and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds, because of the reproach of defamation and extortion. He claimed at least $ 400 million compensation.

Mutual complaints from Lively and Baldoni
“There is an insatiable appetite for any information about this case, no matter how harmless it is,” said Lively’s lawyer Governski. The information that is to be protected is about medical information, including mental health, as well as “personal and intimate conversations with uninvolved third parties”, which are to be kept away from the public.
Bryan Freedman, who represents Baldoni and his production company, scoffed at Governski and said that despite the celebrity’s celebrity, the case was similar to others, and he should be able to discuss possible evidence with his clients in order to adequately defend them. “Of course we see no difference just because someone is a celebrity.” Judge Liman will soon decide on the demand from Governski. However, the start of the process is only scheduled for March 9, 2026.
The film “Only once” is based on the bestseller of the same name in Colleen Hoover, which deals with a romance that ended in domestic violence. The success of the film was overshadowed by the turbulence in the production and marketing of the cinema tite
