For Bruce Willis’s 70th birthday, his wife Emma Heming-Willis wants to kick a wave of compassion.
Bruce Willis celebrates his 70th birthday on March 19. On the occasion of his honorary day, his wife Emma Heming-Willis (46) has a request to his fans and asks them to shower the former action hero with love.
“It’s Bruce’s birthday, and if I know one, then that there is no bigger fan than a bruce fan,” she posts for a private photo that shows Bruce in a good mood on a quad in the wilderness. “So today he floods him with all the love – he will feel it, I swear, he will feel it. You are a powerful bunch. I love how you gather for him here, and I am so grateful that he has you.”
His daughters Rumer (36), Tallulah (31) and Scout Larue Willis (33) also dedicated a touching Instagram message to him. With Emma Heming-Willis, he also has two other children: Mabel Ray (12) and Evelyn Penn (10).
“Grief is the price to feel the depth of love”
“I cried a lot this morning because I am angry and grief is not linear and I’m so full of love. Grief is the price I pay to feel the depth of love, and I would never want to get rid of my grief,” wrote Scout Willis in her dad. “I am currently in Nashville and make a record and I am just so aware that the music I do is a direct result of the musical training that my father gave me because it was his absolute pleasure to share what he loved.”
In 2022, the actor’s family announced in a common statement that Willis had to end his career as an actor with immediate effect due to aphasia, damage to the language center. A year later, the “Die Slow” star received the final diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia.
