Alberto Lecchi and Carla Pandolfi land at the Off Theater

Carla Pandolfi, actress of series such as “Envious”, “Spartans”, “A rooster for sculpy” and in “Imaduro” theater, “perfect strangers” and “Parque Lezama”, stars this unipersonal with the direction of Alberto Lecchi, in the muse’s dressing room.

“Modern life directs us and depersonalizes us if we do not know how to give ourselves the time and space to decide how we want to continue, what things do us well and which no,” says Carla Pandolfiwhich stars “Ana through the window”of Alfredo Allendedirected by Alberto Lecchi on his return to the theater.

From tomorrow at the muse’s dressing room, every Friday at 22.30, Pandolfi It embodies a woman crossed by mandates and routines that discovers, on a rainy day, a small treasure. That finding will become a path of self -discovery through a window. That act of courage will be the powerful strength to change his life. We talked with Pandolfi.

Journalist: What story does the work and your character tell?

Carla pandolfi: It is the story of a woman who dares to look inside in the middle of her life and review how she wants to continue from now on. One day like any other, Ana within the rhythm imposed by her routine, she gets carried away by an event that opens a line of thought that until then had not had. All, I think; We have those places of reflection for things that happen and lead us to review how we are living and where we are standing. Not everyone dares to change, not everyone can, Ana tries, Ana throws himself, you have to see what happens to that act. Ana is a very adorable, brave, sensitive character, has its sides of insecurity and vulnerability. I think that in some moments of life we are all Ana. What I like most about her is that questions are asked and tries.

Q.: That window that appears and the being the architect of the destination itself, refers to Alicia in Wonderland, what happens that most of the lives that seem automatically or in loop and there are not many who manage to change?

CP: The author of the work works on European popular stories, also called folk or wonderful in the entire text of the work, those compiled by the Grimm brothers. While Alicia is from an English, it follows that tradition, there are stages, episodic characters, tests to be overcome, magical elements. While Ana is a current woman and plays during the tour of the piece with those magical places, I feel that today marks an accelerated rhythm where we do more and more things and all attentive not to have that time, that break to rethink. Modern life directs us and depersonalizes us if we do not know how to give ourselves the time and space to decide how we want to continue, what things do us well and which are not. The work opens and gives dimension to that arrest. I think that bringing to the theater that reflection today is to give the possibility of having another perspective, it is to show that stop and recalculate, as the GPS says, it becomes necessary. Time today is the great treasure.

Q.: You premiere in the muse’s dressing room, Bastion of Independent Theater, how do the theater actress live in the popularity of series and platforms? Do you feel that popularity?

CP: To release in this space is of immense gratitude for me. It makes me happy to act, generate emotions in those who look at a screen or witness it in a theater, it is what I always enjoyed. When a person comes to tell you or writes something that generated your performance, I value it and thank you very much because I feel that the desire is fulfilled. Both places have their scope and charm.

Q.: What is it like to work with a cinema veteran and TV like Alberto Lecchi on his return to the theater?

CP: We had never worked but we knew each other. It is very gratifying to be with such a generous person, who has a great listening and loves the actors. I always prioritize my ideas and based on those proposals, it is observing and directing that action to the best destination. In my case I am a person who always looks for one more return and Alberto has fun with that, “we could be rehearsing 1 whole year sometimes tells me if we continue like this” then there, we stop and continue: because the theater is wonderful and it has a thousand options, that fascinates me. I am very happy to be working with him.
