A famous mother can also be embarrassing: so it fared Moroccan, the teen son of Mariah Carey.
There were unexpectedly private insights recently into the everyday life of Mariah Carey (56): The Pop Diva, which is celebrated around the globe for their Christmas hit “All I Want for Christmas is You” as “Queen of Christmas”, it is obviously not that easy at home. Her son Moroccan (13) shook her out of his room in the middle of a Twitch livestream after embarrassing him through her presence.
“I’m sorry, chat, my mother is here”
The junior had played his game for about ten minutes when the singer came to his room with Moroccan’s twin sister Monroe. “I’m sorry, chat, my mother is here,” said Moroccan.
Some immediately spoke up to send the Grammy winner a welcome greeting. Then Monroe appeared on the screen as she held a dog. “Do you want to come from, mom?” Asked a visibly embarrassed Moroccan, whereupon Mariah Carey actually appeared behind her son’s head. He seemed embarrassed when he said to his famous mother: “Mom, they can see you. They say: ‘Hi Mariah, I love you!’ Oh my God.” The singer replied: “Hello people! I love you too.” Then it was enough for the teenager and he ended the unexpected spectacle: “Can you all go out? Have you loved to get out of my room!”
A whole themed park was rented for the birthday
The twins come from Carey’s marriage to Nick Cannon (44), which failed in 2015. They celebrated their 13th birthday in May 2024 with a huge party. Her father rented an entire theme park for this. The musician got ten more children with five other women after the marriage.
