Dirk Borchardt: Actor has become dad again at 55

Dirk Borchardt (56) and his wife Katja have become parents again. As the actor now announces to the illustrated “Bunte”, the couple has “very quietly and secretly” received a son. As a newly baked double dad, Borchardt is currently creating the sleepless nights, as he reveals: “It is a ordeal. Three hours of sleep is definitely better off at the age of 25.”

When exactly his son saw the light of day is currently not known publicly. Nevertheless, the medium states that Borchardt has become dad for the second time at the age of 55 – so his offspring must have been born before his 56th birthday on February 24th. The couple already has a daughter that was born in 2022.

At the same time, the 56 -year -old reveals that he and his family left the actually new home on Rügen – although she only moved to the island in 2022. “Such an island can be lonely,” Borchardt explains the decision in the “Bunte” interview.

The reason for the move at that time was the constant commuting between Berlin and Vienna – Borchardt was born in Berlin, while his wife loved in Vienna at the time of getting to know each other. “We asked ourselves: ‘Where was it always the most beautiful?’ And so we moved to the sea in Sassnitz on Rügen. Where Borchardt now lives with his wife and her children, it is not known. At that time, however, he emphasized that his family “would no longer move really firmly to Berlin”.

It is already the second marriage for Dirk Borchardt: from 2015 to 2019 he was married to his fellow actor Caroline Frier (42). Two years later, he gave his today’s wife the yes – and his ex has also been happily forgiven again. Frier also married her partner Marc, an IT manager from Berlin in 2021.
